Ian Fleck was brought up on a farm in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. After leaving school he started to work in a large engineering factory with the intention of becoming a draftsman, however after three years he felt God’s call to Christian work. He studied for three years to enter Theological College. After graduation he married his wife Sandra and travelled to Nigeria to work with Mission Africa (Qua Iboe Mission) to teach at Samuel Bill Theological College (SBTC) Abak, Akwa Ibom State.
Ian has obtained the degrees of Bachelor of Theology (BTh), Master of Divinity (MDiv) with distinction and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). He is Minister Emeritus of two Presbyterian Churches in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland after ministering there for 21 years.
